Selma Guisande Ciudad de México 1972 IG: @selmaguisande Es artista multidisciplinaria, sus intereses se centran en visibilizar cómo los eventos políticos y sociales dejan huella sobre los procesos de identidad y memoria colectiva. Ha mostrado su trabajo en el Museo d´Arte Moderna, Ugo Cará, Trieste, Italia; el Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de Querétaro, el Centro Fotográfico Manuel Álvarez Bravo, Oaxaca, la IX Bienal de la Habana y el Museo del Templo Mayor entre otros. Becaria del Sistema Nacional de Creadores de Arte, Jóvenes Creadores y Vermont Studio Center. Actualmente dirige Pasto Común / pedagogía y curaduría. ENG Is a multidisciplinary artist whose interests focus on highlighting how political and social events leave their mark on processes of identity and collective memory. She has exhibited her work at the Ugo Cará Museum of Modern Art in Trieste, Italy; the Museum of Contemporary Art of Querétaro; the Manuel Álvarez Bravo Photographic Center, Oaxaca; the 9th Havana Biennial; and the Templo Mayor Museum, among others. She is a recipient of grants from the National System of Art Creators, the Young Creators program, and the Vermont Studio Center. She currently directs Pasto Común / art pedagogy and curatorship.
