Rasgado es miembro del Sistema Nacional de Artes (SNCA), Ha sido Becario de la Fundación Pollock Krasner; del Fondo Nacional para la Cultura y las artes, del Programa Bancomer MACG y ha sido artista residente en the Skowhegan School of Painting and Scultpure, Maine; YADDO, Macdowell, Cite International des Arts, Paris; La Chambre Blanche; CCA Lagos, Nigeria, Bemis Center for Contemporary Art. Su obra forma parte de la colección del LACMA, Wattis Foundation, Colección Jumex, North Carolina Museum. Her work is part of the collections of LACMA, the Wattis Foundation, Colección Jumex, and the North Carolina Museum.
