Kikyz1313 Querétaro 1988 IG: kikyz1313 Explora la condición humana y sus tensiones biológicas, culturales y existenciales. Mediante una pintura figurativa de gran precisión técnica y detalle obsesivo, su trabajo habita entre lo bello y lo grotesco, haciendo convivir la fantasía con un crudo imaginario visual que evoca lo violento y lo visceral. Concibe el acto de pintar como una penitencia operativa y un medio para descifrar el mundo. Actualmente es beneficiaria del Sistema Nacional de Creadores de Arte. Through highly precise figurative painting and obsessive detail, her work dwells between the beautiful and the grotesque, merging fantasy with a raw visual imagery that evokes the violent and the visceral. She conceives painting as an operative penance and a means to decipher the world. She is currently a fellow of the Sistema Nacional de Creadores de Arte.
