TANIA BELLO
Es Licenciada en Artes Plásticas y Visuales por la Escuela Nacional de Pintura, Escultura y Grabado “La Esmeralda”. Ha mostrado su trabajo en espacios independientes, galerías y museos en exposiciones individuales y colectivas en México y Latinoamérica.
Actualmente vive y trabaja en Oaxaca, donde es fundadora y directora del taller de procesos creativos en cerámica “Taller de Tierra”.
En 2022 recibió la beca Jóvenes Creadores que otorga el Fondo Nacional para la Cultura y las Artes en la categoría de Escultura con el proyecto Habitamos Estructuras, en el que aborda el cuerpo como materia consciente, desde donde se vuelven tangibles las sutiles estructuras ideológicas de la psique. Su búsqueda creativa aborda la dimensión simbólica del espacio y los materiales como un recurso conceptual para explorar las relaciones entre pensamiento, lenguaje y sensación, intentando explorar el vínculo entre la realidad interna y la estructura cultural donde se articula la experiencia humana.
She holds a degree in Plastic and Visual Arts from the National School of Painting,Sculpture, and Engraving "La Esmeralda." She has shown her work in independent spaces, galleries, and museums in solo and group exhibitions throughout Mexico and Latin America.
She currently lives and works in Oaxaca, where she is the founder and director of the creative ceramics workshop "Taller de Tierra."
In 2022, she received the Young Creators grant from the National Fund for Culture and the Arts in the Sculpture category for the project "Habited Structures." Her creative pursuit addresses the body as conscious matter, from which the subtle ideological structures of the psyche become tangible, she points out the symbolic dimension of space and materials as a conceptual resource for exploring the relationships between thought, language, and sensation, seeking to explore the link between internal reality and the cultural structure that articulates human experience.
